Refunds
Refund policy
For recorded courses, access periods and refund eligibility depend on the specific course ticket selected at checkout and the access status of the learner account.
For live virtual courses, refund or transfer requests should be submitted before the event date. Eligibility may depend on timing, administrative costs, and whether course access or materials have already been issued.
For face-to-face courses, refund or transfer rules may be set by the hosting conference, partner centre, or local organiser.
